I design a fully custom itinerary built around you — hotels, experiences, dining, transportation, and logistics.
Every property is vetted. Every restaurant is researched. Every detail is confirmed. You review; we refine, and once you're happy, I will handle all the bookings.

PLANNING FEES & HOW I’M COMPENSATED
Transparent and straightforward
I charge a planning fee for my time and expertise - the research, vetting, coordination, and ongoing support that goes into every itinerary. This fee varies based on the complexity and scope of your journey and will be discussed during our consultation.
In addition to planning fees, I receive compensation from hotels and travel partners when I book on your behalf - which is standard in the travel industry. This never influences my recommendations. My only goal is the right trip for you.
Note: I work with a limited number of clients at a time to ensure every journey receives the attention it deserves.

Yes. Through my preferred partner relationships, many hotels offer exclusive amenities at no additional cost. Depending on the property and availability, these may include complimentary breakfast, hotel or resort credits, room upgrades, early check-in, late checkout, welcome amenities, and more.

Absolutely.
I can assist with domestic and international flights as part of a complete travel itinerary. Depending on the itinerary, airline, and booking method, flights may be booked directly through supplier partners or recommended for self-booking when that provides the greatest flexibility or value.

Depending on what's already been booked, I may be able to assist with hotels, transportation, tours, dining recommendations, or itinerary planning. We'll discuss what's already in place and determine the best way to move forward.

Multi-country or custom-built itineraries: 6–12 months
Europe and popular destinations: 6–9 months
Safaris and permit-based travel (peak season, gorilla trekking): 9–12+ months
Cruises: 6–12 months

Domestic travel: 3–6 months
